Botox® - How much does it cost?
Botox® is the world’s number one cosmetic medical procedure for good reason. From $350 you can relax the muscles that form and maintain lines and wrinkles as well as give a fresh look. With good Botox® your friends will be able to say that you are looking great but won’t be able to guess why.
There are a few people offering Botox® treatments these days. We have been providing Botox treatments since 2002 and have performed hundreds of treatments. In addition, Dr Paul Nola is a Fellow of the New Zealand College of Appearance Medicine. Call for a free consultation to see what we can offer you.
The most common area treated is the frown area (the glabella). As well as stopping people asking you why you are angry treating this area with Botox® freshens the face and lifts the eyebrows by a millimeter or two. The second most common area we treat is the crow’s feet lines around the eyes. Both the glabella and the crow’s feet usually respond to 20 units of Botox® each. At $17.50 a unit the cost for these areas is usually $350 each.
Botox® is, on balance, probably the best treatment for underarm sweating and can also be used to treat “smoker’s lines, “bunny lines” on the side of the nose and a downturned mouth.
Botox® is a medical treatment using an injected toxin with risks and benefits. To discuss whether it is right for you and what the risks and benefits are please make an appointment for a consultation with one of our experienced Registered Nurses. Call 09 360 4078 or email enquiries@pcmc.co.nz
