We are excited to announce that the clinic has reopened, operating under strict cautionary guidelines, and our fully vaccinated team is now taking bookings. And from Friday 3rd December we will offer all of your favourite treatments.
To avoid becoming a COVID location of interest, we need to follow stringent rules. One COVID-positive patient is a danger to other patients; it will close the clinic for deep cleaning and force our team to isolate at home.
Our entire PCMC team has weekly COVID 19 tests.
If you have an appointment with us, rather than arrive early, please get to us on time. We previously asked for you to arrive early by 5-10 mins so we could manage triage, but arriving on time allows us to adhere to social distancing rules.
Before you visit, here is the vital information you need to be aware of:
Vaccination Certificates are required. Medical exemption may apply.
Please wear a mask to and from your appointment as required by law.
Please ensure you complete the QR check-in before entering the clinic, using the QR code displayed on the clinic’s front door
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment if you are new to the treatment or arrive just 5 minutes before your appointment if repeating a treatment.
Please ensure you have completed the necessary documentation before your appointment to avoid disappointment. This will be emailed to you when making your booking.
The following are mandatory requirements for your visit:
Wear a mask where required by law; medical exemptions may apply. Clients who do not comply with the mandatory safety requirements may be refused entry or asked to reschedule.
Have your temperature taken.
Attend your appointment alone to allow for safe social distancing in the clinic.
Please avoid early arrival to your appointment so we can manage social distancing rules.
Rescheduling your appointment and staying home if you are showing any symptoms or signs of illness.
We continue to maintain the same safe environment as we have always done by:
Temperature checks for both clinic staff and clients.
Wearing face masks and PPE.
Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces and equipment with medical-grade disinfectant between every client.
Providing hand sanitiser to clients.
Following a strict handwashing protocol, during and after every treatment.
1:1 client and technician in a treatment room.
Maintaining clinic capacity ratios.
