How Does Rejuran Work?
Rejuran’s effectiveness lies in its advanced formulation of highly purified polynucleotides derived from salmon DNA. These active molecules promote cellular repair, tissue regeneration, and the overall revitalisation of your skin.
Tailored to Your Skin’s Needs
Rejuran is available in specialised formulations to target your specific skin concerns:
- Rejuran – Ideal for all skin types seeking comprehensive rejuvenation and a youthful appearance.
- Rejuran i – Delicately formulated for treating sensitive areas around the eyes, reducing fine lines and signs of ageing.
- Rejuran s – Specifically designed to address acne scars and other forms of scarring, promoting clearer, smoother skin.

Experience a treatment trusted by leading cosmetic clinics throughout Asia and Europe for over a decade—now available exclusively at PCMC. Rejuran isn’t just about immediate cosmetic enhancement; it prioritises genuine skin health, offering subtle yet significant improvements and longer-lasting, natural-looking results.
Which Areas Are Ideal for Rejuran Treatment?
Rejuran effectively targets areas prone to ageing signs, including:
- Delicate skin around the eyes
- Fine lines and wrinkles across the face
- Acne scars and uneven texture
General rejuvenation of healthy skin to maintain a youthful appearance

How is Rejuran Administered?
The procedure involves carefully injecting Rejuran directly into the skin using ultra-fine needles, minimising discomfort and downtime. A typical treatment involves two sessions, approximately two weeks apart. Minimal redness or mild swelling may occur but typically resolves within 24–48 hours.

Understanding PN vs. PDRN
You might encounter two terms—PN (Polynucleotide) and PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide):
- PN, found in Rejuran, consists of purified salmon DNA fragments that enhance skin regeneration and cell renewal.
- PDRN undergoes further processing, primarily used for specific medical purposes beyond cosmetic treatments and currently not registered in New Zealand or Australia.
Our Experience at PCMC

Consistent with global clinical experiences, Rejuran provides subtle yet cumulative improvements, becoming progressively noticeable over several weeks—delivering healthier, refreshed, and naturally rejuvenated skin.
