1. You are purchasing from Ponsonby Cosmetic Medical Clinic. We are located at Level 1, 63 Ponsonby Rd, Ponsonby, Auckland 1011, New Zealand. Contact us via email reception@pcmc.co.nz, phone us on +64 9 360 4078.
2. Payment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. All payments are via DPS for security. Free delivery within New Zealand, but we do charge shipping costs for overseas orders. We will advise you of the actual charge before sending the order.
3. Security
We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorised and debited in real time, all in an SSL-secure environment. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.
DPS is committed to protecting your data. A variety of security technologies and procedures are used to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. When they transmit sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) over the internet, they protect it with encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
4. Delivery
We use CourierPost and ship for next-day delivery. However, exact delivery times are determined by CourierPost and depend on an acceptable physical shipping address. There can sometimes be delays in the courier process beyond our control. Contact us if your delivery is delayed; we can chase it up.
5. Returns
Please be sure about the item you wish to order before purchase. Items can be returned personally to our clinic or couriered for a full refund, provided the product is unopened and in a condition suitable for resale. If you are concerned that a product may not suit your skin, please email us before purchase. We assume that you have either tried the product before or are confident you won’t have an adverse reaction if you choose to purchase it online.
6. Privacy
Any information you give us remains within our clinic and is protected by client and patient confidentiality. We do not share client and patient information with third parties without consent.

Ponsonby Cosmetic Medical Clinic owns the copyright to this website. You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from the site for commercial purposes without our consent.
8. Warranty
New Zealand consumer protection laws apply. The products we sell are potent and effective and this means that some reaction to the product and adjustment to the use of it is expected.
